Alfan Hendro is part of the executive leadership team in Traveloka, serving as its Chief Operating Officer. He has been with the company since 2014 and he was entrusted with the responsibility to build Traveloka Accommodation business. In 2019, his scope was expanded to handling Traveloka Eats.
Currently, in his role as the COO, Alfan oversees multiple functions in the company, including Technology, Marketing, Design, Data, and Customer Care. He is also responsible for leading the different business units within the organization, including its Travel Business (Accommodation & Transport) and Lifestyle Business (Experience & Eats).

Prior to joining Traveloka, Alfan was a serial entrepreneur in the technology domain. He founded SG-House.com (2006-2010), which was acquired by IPGA, the largest network of property portals in APAC.
