Amy is the Vice President & GM of Global Lounge Experiences. Amy oversees AXP’s Global Lounge Collection, including the Centurion Lounge Network and Centurion New York. She is responsible for ensuring AXP delivers a premium customer experience globally through the most differentiated proprietary and partner lounge network in the industry.
Amy joined Amex in 2010 and has held roles in acquisition and customer marketing, partnerships, product management, and strategy. She has worked in US Consumer, GCS, and our former loyalty coalition, Plenti. Prior to Amex Amy worked in strategy consulting for several years.
Amy has a MA in Economics from NYU and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Boston University. Outside of work, Amy can be found trying to keep up with her kids’ activities, playing tennis, and reading fiction. She lives in Ridgewood, New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
