Dennis Cary is Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Copa Airlines. Copa Airlines offers service to 85 destinations in 32 countries across North, Central and South America and the Caribbean from its Hub of the Americas® at Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, Panama.

Mr. Cary joined Copa Airlines in 2015 in his current role, where he is responsible for leading Sales, Marketing, Planning & Alliances, Distribution & Market Intelligence, Pricing & Revenue Management, Customer Experience, and Loyalty. He reports directly to Copa’s CEO, Pedro Heilbron, and is a member of the company’s Strategic Committee.

Prior to joining Copa, Mr. Cary spent several years providing management consulting services to airlines around the world. Previously, he spent 18 years in a variety of commercial roles at American Airlines and United Airlines. During his tenure at American Airlines, he held leadership positions in Pricing and Revenue Management and Sales, and he also served as the President of the AAdvantage loyalty program. Mr. Cary joined United Airlines as Vice President,
Revenue Management, and then subsequently assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for four years.
