Dupsy Abiola is Head of Global Innovation for International Airline Group (IAG). She helps lead technological innovation and investment across IAG companies, which carry over 100m passengers per year globally. Dupsy read law at Oxford and has been the recipient of numerous professional and academic awards. She began her career as a barrister specialising in complex technical claims, and then set up and ran a technology company in the HR tech space. In addition to her professional work, Dupsy is a board member and adviser to F-Lane (a global accelerator program focused on female empowerment), a frequent public speaker, and press and on-screen expert. She has been featured in Wired, the Financial Times, and on the BBC amongst other engagements. She was recently named one of the top 100 influential Black Britons by the Guardian Observer for her passionate advocacy on diversity and inclusion within leadership and organisations.
