Kelly Saling is Senior Vice President & Chief Sales Officer for Visit Seattle, the official destination marketing organization (DMO) for Seattle and King County.

With over 20 years in the hospitality industry – including 15 years at Visit Seattle – Kelly leads the convention sales and services strategy for the destination. Through her and her team’s partnership with the Seattle Convention Center, area hotels, and venues, Seattle has emerged as a preeminent destination for business events. Kelly has established herself as an industry leader via her appointments to Meeting Professionals International’s Women’s Advisory Board, the Meetings Information Network’s steering committee, and the Seattle Sports Commission Board.

Originally from the Denver area, Kelly graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Kelly, her husband, and two young sons have called Seattle home for over two decades.
