Kevin Neher is a Senior Partner with McKinsey & Company, based in the Denver office. Kevin is co-leader of the Global Customer Experience practice, specializing in driving end-to-end customer experience transformations across B2B and B2C. Furthermore, he is a leader within the Travel and Transportation practice, with over 13 years serving the travel ecosystem from adventure travel players to cruise lines, to tourism agencies to airlines, airports, railroads, and logistics.

Kevin has served over 100 clients on Customer Experience & Design across 15+ industries in the last 10 years. He is responsible for McKinsey’s research and partnerships on CX measurement and has led over 20 of McKinsey’s CX leadership roundtables in the last 10 years. He has also led over 15 transformations of travel and tourism industry players, driving profitable growth, better customer experience and improved operational performance. He is actively serving the growing adventure tourism ecosystem, focused on designing and delivering new experiences and business models.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and a MBA degree from Harvard University.
