Ramya is a principal with Monitor Deloitte, focused on the Travel and Hospitality sector within Deloitte’s Strategy and Analytics offering. She serves as the US Hospitality sector leader, supporting Deloitte’s hotel, cruise, timeshare, and OTA clients. Ramya works with her clients to understand the disruptive trends impacting their business and architect transformation programs to drive growth. Ramya has served clients across a range of industries, including hospitality, consumer products, manufacturing, food, sports, distribution services, and the government/non-profit sector.

Prior to joining Monitor Deloitte, Ramya worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she held roles in the Executive Office supporting global client relationship strategy & management and executive leadership development in the US and Europe.

Ramya received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
