Rob Cavaliere currently serves as Chief Sales Officer for Allianz Partners USA, where he oversees the U.S. sales team, expertly guiding US sales strategy, enhancing current partner relationships and building new ones.

Prior to assuming this role in 2021, Rob has spent many of his 20+ years with Allianz Partners leading product development and underwriting, making him a true expert when it comes to innovative product offerings that drive value for customers.

Rob is an avid traveler who appreciates learning about diverse cultures and world views. Rob believes this helps him broaden his perspective and allows him to think differently—which can be beneficial to work and his life. Aside from his work, Rob loves fishing and finds there’s no better time to think than when out on the water.
