Steven M. Elinson is the Director of the Travel and Hospitality industry practice for Amazon Web Services (AWS), supporting customers as they accelerate cloud adoption. Steven utilizes his broad knowledge and 30 years of industry
experience to enhance guest experiences (driving top-line revenue) and to increase operational efficiency (driving bottom-line profitability). Before joining AWS, Steven held various technology leadership roles in restaurant and hospitality
businesses. His experience ranges from operations and training to supply chain, security, and technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from Purdue University, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.
