The program will initially be available in the U.S. to Genius travel rewards program members on Booking.com’s app starting Wednesday. It utilizes OpenAI to answer questions from travelers about destinations and accommodations and draws initial comparisons from Dennis to Expedia’s recent AI-powered chatbot.
