  1. When and where will Skift’s 2023 events take place?

Skift’s 2023 calendar consists of hybrid events – both in-person and online. The full schedule is available on our Skift Live homepage. The online portion of each event will take place on an online platform that allows for limited networking. Online access to hybrid events is exclusive to Skift subscribers. If you miss anything either live or in person you can watch sessions later on demand or through YouTube. 

  1. What are the safety protocols Skift is taking to ensure we keep the attendees and staff safe? 

We are continuing to follow all state and city guidelines for events in New York City, London, Dubai, and any other destination where we hold our events.

  1. Will all speakers be in-person? 

With few exceptions outside our control, speakers will join us in-person.

  1. Can I use an online ticket to attend a portion of an in-person event? 

No. Online ticket registrants will not be permitted to attend in-person. 

  1. I purchased multiple event tickets – how do I share them with my colleagues for them to register?

Upon payment for the event, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain the registration link to share with your colleagues.

  1. What does my in-person ticket include? 
  • Pre-event evening reception (At select events. See event site for details.)
  • Entry to the event.
  • On-site refreshments during sessions.
  • Option to attend break-out sessions.
  • In-person networking breaks.
  • Access to the event app for iOS and Android
  • Networking with both online and in-person event attendees using the event app.
  • Access to on-demand session recordings.
  1. What does my online ticket include? 
  • Live access to all sessions via our online platform.
  • Access to the event app for iOS and Android.
  • Networking with both online and in-person event attendees using the event app.
  • Access to on-demand session recordings for one year after the event.
  1. What is the check in process at in-person events? 

In order to facilitate touch-free check, in we will email each attendee a QR code, which will then be used to self-sign in at the event. 

  1. When will I have access to the Skift Live app?

The Skift Live app will be available to all attendees one week prior to the event start date. You will then be able to view all attendee names and titles, and message them directly to set up networking opportunities.

  1. I am sick and can no longer attend the physical event, will I receive a refund or credit for my ticket? 

Tickets to Skift events are non-refundable. They can be transferred to another person or applied to a future event.

  1. What happens if a change in government rules prevents me from traveling to or within a Forum destination, or forces Skift to cancel the in-person event? 

We will continue to follow any government regulations and if conditions do not allow us to proceed with an event, we will be in communication with all registered attendees on next steps. For all questions, please contact us at [email protected].

  1. I’m a subscriber to Skift Research, Skift Pro, Daily Lodging Report, Short-Term Rental Report, and/or Airline Weekly. Do I get a discount? 

Subscribers receive discounts off full-price tickets to in-person events. The discount codes work following any early-bird or other discount period.
