As a entrepreneur in hospitality, Johnson has been steadily expanding her luxury hotel empire, adding three properties in the past half-year to bring Salamander’s portfolio to seven, as Skift Senior Hospitality Editor Sean O’Neill wrote in a profile on Johnson last fall.
