Andrew Langdon is Chief Development Officer, Asia at Accor, where he oversees development and growth across 45+ hotel brands in the region.

Prior to this, he served as Global Chief Development Officer of Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, leading its worldwide growth strategy and significantly expanding its development pipeline. Following Accor’s acquisition of Mövenpick in 2018, Andrew transitioned into his regional leadership role.

With over 25 years of experience, he brings deep expertise across hotel management, franchising, leasing, asset management, capital markets, investment, financing, and development, making him a key driver of Accor’s expansion in the region.
