Over the past two decades at American Express, Audrey has distinguished herself as an influential, innovative leader who has driven record results for various businesses across the company. She has accomplished this by delivering products and services that exceed customer expectations, innovating for long-term growth, and developing and retaining outstanding talent.

As President of American Express Travel, one of the largest multi-channel consumer travel agencies in the world. In this role, Audrey is responsible for delivering premium travel and lifestyle (dining, entertainment) services to Card Members through a network of over 5,000 personal advisors, overseeing the digital travel booking experience, travel benefits and programs, supplier partnerships, and marketing and engagement strategies for the premium Card Member base.

Prior to joining the Travel business, Audrey led the Global Commercial Payments and Consulting Services
organization, bringing break-through products, features and services to businesses of all sizes around the world. During this time, she delivered unprecedented growth, deepening relationships with our customers and significantly accelerating card lending. Audrey was also responsible for signing several new strategic partnerships, creating a platform for sustainable growth in the years to come.

Audrey’s first foray in the Commercial business was leading OPEN Customer Acquisition, where she successfully transformed small business customer acquisition and prospect engagement. Included in that, Audrey drove innovations in digital marketing, bringing the channel to the forefront of the business, and redefined the B2B sales model. Her customer-first vision broadened OPEN’s reach by effectively advocating for small business owners and helping them and their businesses to thrive.

Prior to joining OPEN, Audrey was the Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, Travel and Lifestyle Services (TLS). In that position, she delivered extraordinary revenue gains by revitalizing the growth of TLS’ travel products and services to exceed historic levels, and regaining the loyalty of American Express’ premium travel partnerships.

Audrey has earned many of the top awards from American Express, and was inducted into the company’s Hall of Fame in 2012. She also has received many industry accolades including being named one of the 2018 Irish America Power Women and one of the Top 25 in Sales & Marketing by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing organization. Her teams have also won the Chairman’s Award for Innovation.

As an advocate for women in business, Audrey proudly serves as Chair for the New York Women’s Interest
Network (WIN). She also serves on the Board for World Education Services (WES), a non-profit organization that helps international students and professionals to achieve their educational and professional goals in the United States and Canada.

Audrey is an Honors graduate of Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland where she received her master’s in MarketingManagement.

Audrey resides in Westchester with her husband and teenage son, and recently dropped off her college-age
daughter for her freshman year in college.
