Colleen Birch is Chief Operating Officer of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a vertically integrated luxury hotel, gaming, entertainment, and meeting destination created by Fontainebleau Development. A celebrated gaming and hospitality executive with more than 25 years of success and experience in operations, revenue optimization, and customer relationship marketing, Ms. Birch leads all operations – facilities, sales, F&B, and spa, among others – and the day-to-day performance of Fontainebleau Las Vegas and its family of employees.
Ms. Birch previously spent 13 years at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where she was a member of the 2010 opening team and, as Senior Vice President of Revenue Optimization, oversaw the resort’s pricing and revenue optimization efforts, as well as CRM strategy. She also led revenue management and the contact center as a member of Fontainebleau Development during the early stages of construction of Fontainebleau Las Vegas; and spent 11 years in multiple leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment.
Ms. Birch has received numerous accolades, including Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International’s “Revenue Management Professional of the Year” (2015) and “Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales, Marketing and Revenue Optimization” (2016). She was also recognized a “Woman to Watch” by Vegas Inc. (2018), and was named “Alumna of the Year” (2019) by UNLV’s Harrah College of Hospitality.
Ms. Birch serves as Chairwoman of the Board for the Epicurean Charitable Foundation and she is a member of Women Leading Travel and Hospitality. She also gives back to her alma mater by participating in the UNLV Mentor Program
