Dakota Smith is the President at Hopper. Dakota leads a cross-functional business and growth team and is responsible for aligning user growth with supply growth and business interests at Hopper. He plays a central role in developing the company’s product development roadmap and setting the company’s focus areas.

Dakota directs growth, revenue and business strategies for Hopper as the company aims to grow sales and headcount +100% YoY. Under his leadership, Hopper has become one of the fastest growing travel apps ever with over 60 million installs and over 169 million trips planned on the app.

Prior to joining Hopper, Dakota was working in the online travel space in Hong Kong.
