Dhruv Shringi is the Co-Founder & CEO of Yatra Online, Inc (Yatra.com).
Dhruv leads the company’s business initiatives and has successfully led Yatra to its listing on NASDAQ in Dec-2016, making it only the second Indian E-commerce company to be listed on one of the world’s largest stock exchanges.
Since its successful launch in January 2006, Dhruv, has lead Yatra.com to grow from a 3-member organization to a 1,000+ people-strong organization – thus making Yatra.com the leading travel brand in the country.

Dhruv currently co-chairs FICCI’s Tourism committee where he works closely with the Government on Tourism policy development and has also been actively involved in building out the internet framework in India and has previously served as the Vice-Chairman of the Internet and Mobile Association of India.   Dhruv was also in the past listed by Fortune magazine amongst the top 40 CEOs under 40 (yrs) in India.

His most recent role prior to Yatra.com was as Director Group Operations and Technology of the Ebookers Group in London.  Prior to his stint at Ebookers, he worked with Ford Motor Company in their Business Strategy team based in London and with Arthur Andersen based in their office in Delhi/London. Dhruv holds an MBA from INSEAD and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
