Ekrem Dimbiloglu, Managing Director – In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity Design leads Delta’s design, customer experience and partner integration efforts for the airline’s industry-leading seatback entertainment and Wi-Fi programs. Ekrem leads a dedicated team responsible for the selection of entertainment content on Delta’s 150,000+ seatback screens along with the user experience. In addition, Ekrem is responsible for the customer experience on Delta’s 1,200+ planes with Wi-Fi and the rollout of Delta Sync—Delta’s vision to personalize the onboard experience. Ekrem has been at Delta for over 13 years and prior to this role, Ekrem was Director of Employee Uniforms and Airport Customer Experience. Prior to that Ekrem has held positions in Marketing and Supply Chain Management.

Ekrem earned a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University and a Masters of Business Administration from Michigan State University. Ekrem is an avid traveler, painter and eater.
