Hessa Almazroa is an accomplished and highly skilled hospitality expert, with over 18 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. She is well-versed in various areas, including business planning, strategic marketing, budgeting, and customer service, and has a passion for delivering results.

Hessa has held the position of Hotel General Manager in several hotels, where she demonstrated leadership skills and worked collaboratively with diverse colleagues to deliver results and KPIs. She is recognised as the very first female hotel general manager in Saudi Arabia and is a talented Game changer within the industry.

Currently, Hessa holds the position of General Manager of Novotel Riyadh Sahafa, which is just open its doors in earlier 2024. In addition, she is the Vice Chairman of the Hotel Committee in the Riyadh Chamber, where she continues to demonstrate her expertise and leadership skills.
