Jenn Scheurich currently serves as Managing Vice President, Capital One Travel & Retail Experience, leading the teams charged with building innovative, industry-leading premium travel offerings.

In this role, Jenn is responsible for overseeing Capital One’s Luxury Hospitality Collections that offer customers access to a curated selection of hotels and vacation rentals worldwide alongside industry-leading earn and enriching benefits on every stay, the growing network of Capital One Lounges and Landings that are introducing amenities and a customer experience that is setting a new standard in airport experiences, and Capital One Travel, the smarter travel booking experience that offers unrivaled flexibility and features not found anywhere else in the credit card industry.

Before transitioning to her current role as Managing Vice President, Capital One Travel & Retail Experience, Jenn worked in many different areas of the Capital One business, serving as the Chief of Staff for multiple executives and leading digital strategies in Capital One Bank. Prior to joining Capital One in 2015, Jenn spent 10 years in consulting and corporate strategy roles at IBM Business Consulting Services, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Gannett.

Jenn holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
