Laurie’s interest in payments and current job with Ingenico ePayments came from her understanding of the fulfilment and distribution processes in the commercial airline industry. During her more than 40 years in the travel industry, Laurie was responsible for building & delivering solutions for card not present sales. She has led many teams that have designed and implemented enterprise wide projects to support CNP payment services such as Fraud & Risk Management, customer notifications, sales reconciliation & reporting, ancillary sales and transaction orchestration processes. She now utilizes her global airline & travel industry experience as the Head of Travel Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for the global strategy and direction of the travel payment products and services provided by Ingenico ePayments.
