Michael Balyasny is the founder and CEO of Highbar.ai, an AI-first event technology platform redefining how event organizers engage attendees. Highbar empowers organizers to create AI-driven co-pilot apps that provide instant answers, enhance content visibility, and facilitate meaningful connections—elevating the event experience.

Before launching Highbar, Michael spent a decade as Founder & CEO of Attendify, leading its growth to over 2,500 customers and powering more than 20,000 events, serving over 10 million attendees. Attendify became one of the highest-rated mobile event apps, known for its intuitive, self-service approach to event engagement. In 2021, the company was acquired by Hopin, where Michael served as VP of Product.

Michael lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Marianna, and their two children. A lifelong entrepreneur, he is passionate about building intuitive, accessible, and impactful solutions for the event technology industry and beyond.
