Nicole Rogers joined the San Francisco Travel Association as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer in March 2021.
She oversees the association’s convention division, including the development and implementation of sales strategies, citywide group business and long-range sales, and the marketing of San Francisco’s premier convention facility, Moscone Center. Under her leadership, San Francisco Travel has helped secure major conventions and events for the city, including the 2023 APEC Summit, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and the 2026 Super Bowl.
Nicole began her career in the hospitality industry with Pier 29’s Blue & Gold Fleet in San Francisco. Throughout her 30+ year career, she’s held a variety of leadership positions. She served as director of sales and marketing for Kimpton’s Cartwright Hotel and spent several years with Embassy Suites/Hilton. Before joining San Francisco Travel, Nicole spent two decades at Marriott in a variety of roles, including on-property director of sales & marketing (Marriott Union Square, Marriott Marquis, Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf), area sales leader, market account leader, and account sales leader/regional director – U.S. and Canada.
