Nikhil Raghavan is a visionary leader in the travel technology industry, with over two decades of expertise in aviation, e-commerce, and digital technology. He was also invited to be an official Forbes Technology Council member.

Nikhil is currently helping Mondee transform the travel landscape with AI.
As the Founder and President of Blinc, he has been at the forefront of digital innovation, building an AI travel assistant designed to save travelers time, money and stress during their journey.

Prior to establishing Blinc, Nikhil served as the Head of Innovation & Technology at Jet Airways. His tenure at Jet Airways was marked by a series of firsts in revolutionizing digital travel technology, including the introduction of the online booking engine, web and kiosk check-in, e-
boarding, and the in-flight streaming service —solidifying the airline’s leadership as an innovator in digital technology.

Nikhil’s accomplishments have been recognized with prestigious accolades, such as the award for leadership in industry transformation from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2017.

Nikhil earned his MBA in Strategy & Business Management in 2007 from the University of Southampton, UK. He later completed the Google CMO Programme at ISB, Hyderabad in 2010, and the Management Development Programme at IIM, Ahmedabad in 2011. Committed to continuous improvement, he also achieved his Lean Six Sigma certification from GE in 2012.
