Noelle is the co-founder of ENVI Lodges, a luxury experiential ecolodge brand and management company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. The company operates eco-friendly lodges that are immersed in nature and are located in remote destinations. ENVI specializes in tented camps and eco-pods and follows high standards of sustainability.

Noelle has written several articles in industry publications, mostly related to traveller experience and sustainability. She is a guest keynote speaker at many major industry conferences, was an advisory board member to The Hotel Show Dubai and The Hotel Show KSA in 2022 and 2023, and was on the jury for the Hotelier Middle East Awards in 2021. Noelle has been selected as one of the Top 50 most influential hoteliers in the MENA region in 2022 and was listed as part of the Hotelier Executive Power list in 2023 and 2024. She is the recipient of the INSEAD Alumni Emerging Entrepreneur Award 2022 and was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Leaders in Middle East Hospitality and Travel by the International Hospitality Institute.

Noelle holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Architecture.
