Olivia Louderman is a travel account manager at Maritz, where she supports clients in executing experiential events that create meaningful connections. She blends a background in event management with hands on experience in event technology, having previously supported registration websites, mobile apps, and other attendee facing tools that keep events running smoothly.

Olivia is an active member of Maritz’s Generations at Work employee resource group and is passionate about understanding how shared experiences can connect people across generations. She has spoken on multigenerational event design at industry events including IMEX Frankfurt and Maritz Elevate & Activate.

She holds a master’s degree in organizational development and change management from Webster University and is known for her big picture, people first approach to solving complex challenges. Outside of work, Olivia can be found coaching youth basketball, golfing, or spending time with her family.
