Before founding ELIVAAS, Ritwik held several senior positions at LEAD School, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, where he led sales, growth, and account management, spearheading revenue strategies and expansion initiatives. His eight-year tenure at MakeMyTrip was particularly notable; he served as COO of GCC Business, International Hotels & Global Key Accounts, driving rapid business growth, international expansion, and market share increases. Ritwik has also held leadership roles at AEGON Religare Life Insurance, Citibank, and Evalueserve.

An MBA Gold Medallist from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Ritwik has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver results, build effective teams, and contribute significantly to the success of the organisations he has led.
