Rob Adams' primary focus lies in charting the strategic course of the company, aiming to foster innovation and establish a distinct identity within the meetings, events, and incentives industry. Since joining Bishop-McCann's Kansas City headquarters in 2014, Rob has been the driving force behind its success and relentlessly focuses on Bishop-McCann’s mission of creating JOY.

Before his tenure at Bishop-McCann, Rob served as the General Manager of Microsoft Business Solutions for Canada. Under his guidance, Canada transformed from being the bottom performer to the #1 in growth, employee satisfaction, and partner satisfaction for the organization. He is widely recognized as an influential figure in sales, marketing, and leadership, and has been invited to speak at numerous conferences, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience.

In 2020, Rob joined the International Board of Directors for MPI (Meeting Professionals International). He is currently the organization’s Finance Chair and has been the IBOD liaison for Anti Human Trafficking. In early 2022, he joined the Canadian Advisory Council further exemplifying his commitment to advancing the industry.
