Varun is the co-founder and CEO of Headout, a unique full-stack experiences brand that standardizes and upgrades local experiences in the highly fragmented tours & activities industry to ensure a consistently comfortable and delightful experience for its guests and, in turn, enhance the occupancy levels, revenue, and profitability of its local partners.

Today, Headout is the fastest growing brand in the space operating in 17 cities with millions of users heading out on one of their experiences. Varun was selected as one of the Top 35 Young Leaders in Travel by Phocuswright. His first startup, Trippy, was an early mover in the hyper-personalized luxury travel segment online. Prior to this, he had a brief stint with the other side at Goldman Sachs. Needless to say, he is at his most comfortable ‘up in the air’.

He graduated with a Bachelors’s in Business degree from Bangalore University and never found the time to study further.
