Wendy Qi is a hospitality investor and operator who first started her hosting journey out of her living room couch in San Francisco.

She and her husband currently oversee a portfolio of nine short-term rental properties, including one boutique hotel, across California, Arizona, and New Mexico. They have been recognized as Airbnb Superhosts and Vrbo Premier Hosts for the last nine years, and source and self-manage all their properties. Wendy sees the future of short term rental experiences as being bespoke, personal, and flexible.
