A hospitality and gaming veteran, Audrey Oswell returned to Atlantis Paradise Island in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and in September 2017 was appointed President & Managing Director. Starting her career in Atlantic City, Oswell previously held the position of Chief Gaming Officer for Atlantis from 2011-2013. Prior, Oswell served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for Seneca Gaming Corporation. Oswell also served in top executive leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Resorts Atlantic City, President at Caesars Atlantic City, and Chief Operating Officer at the Cosmopolitan and Fontainebleau Resorts in Las Vegas.
Oswell, frequently referred to as a change agent, is known for her innovative and integrated approach to operations, where, through collaboration with all stakeholders, she supports the development of new concepts and creates outstanding programming. In her current role, Oswell leads Atlantis’ business development and the integrated destination resort & overall strategic direction and growth.
Oswell is at the helm of Atlantis Paradise Island’s evolution, which has revealed a more purposeful and soulful mission, offering guests an immersive connection with the ocean, spirit, and culture of the Bahamian people. She has served on the Boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Sun National Bank, March of Dimes and the Margate JCC.
Oswell holds an MBA from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University.
