Barbara takes her place as the only meetings industry editor who has actually worked in the trenches as a meeting planner. In her previous roles at Prevue and MeetingsNet, she spearheaded (and ran) dozens of F2F and virtual events, co-founded SITE's Women In Leadership committee, and was the first journalist ever to be named to a GBTA committee.
