With over 20 years of experience in sustainability, environmental and community impact programs, Jean is a seasoned leader with deep hospitality sector expertise. As VP and Head of Sustainability, Jean leads Travel with Purpose, which is Hilton’s global enterprise-wide strategy to drive positive impact and deliver lasting value to the guests, people, hotels and communities where we live, work and stay.

This includes global accountability for delivering on ambitious 2030 goals, including science-based emissions intensity targets, water and waste reduction goals, and delivering on community impact programs and targets.

Prior, Jean founded a consultancy that empowered commercial and industrial corporate clients to develop robust and integrated environmental and social impact programs.

Prior, Jean served as senior advisor at The Blackstone Group, where she led a multi-hotel company utility cost reduction program for which she was recognized on the cover of Lodging Magazine.

Prior, Jean spent over a decade at ICF International supporting the US EPA ENERGY STAR program and led support to bring the first industry-wide hotel benchmarking algorithm to market and delivered sustainability consulting services to US national and global hospitality companies.

Jean serves on several association committees including with AHLA, Global Business Travel Association, and World Sustainable Hospitality Alliance.
