Neelendra brings 26 years of experience to his role as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lemon Tree Hotels. Beginning as a Senior Officer in Retail Operations at Shoppers' Stop in 1999, he worked his way through the industry, serving as Store Sales Manager for Arcus and Hutchison Max Telecom, and becoming Regional Manager of West India for Adidas and evolving into Retail Director for India, Group Retail Director for South Korea, Senior Vice President of Global DTC & Franchise, and finally Adidas' General Manager/Managing Director, India. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University and an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.
