Nicola Kastner, renowned for her expertise in event marketing strategy, brings to Event Leaders Exchange (ELX) a wealth of experience and accolades. Most recently she was the founder of The Event Strategist, a boutique event strategy advisory firm.

Prior to launching her consulting practice, Kastner held various roles on both the brand and agency sides of the business, including most recently as the global vice president of event marketing strategy for SAP, where she was responsible for designing and optimising event strategies for events ranging from 25 to 25,000 people.

Kastner’s accolades include induction into the Canadian Meetings Hall of Fame, named to the Event Marketer B2B Dream Team in 2019, and as a “Top Woman in Events” by Event Marketer Magazine.
