Prashant Sharma was made Delta’s Vice President – Loyalty in November 2018. He is responsible for the SkyMiles loyalty program strategy and execution. He also leads a number of key strategic partnerships that enhance the growth and engagement of the SkyMiles program.

Prashant has several years of international experience in General Management, Product Development, Partnerships and Loyalty. He came to Delta after spending over 15 years in leadership roles in Payments and Consumer Lending with leading financial institutions in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, he was a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company. He also served on the board of The Learning Partnership, a non-profit organization dedicated to the enhancement of public education in Canada.

Prashant holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay.
