Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Business Officer - Corporate, Flights and GCC

MakeMyTrip

Rishi is responsible for the P&L, revenue, product, and supply for MakeMyTrip’s flights business, and leads the strategic direction for expansion in the GCC region. He also heads the corporate vertical, with a focus on scaling the business and delivering best-in-class products designed for the needs of corporate travellers.

On the marketing front, Rishi leads the company’s efforts to support strategic objectives, overseeing all initiatives to promote the MakeMyTrip and Goibibo brands, while creating distinct identities for both.

Before joining MakeMyTrip, he spent a decade at PepsiCo India, where he was responsible for building and growing the business of the company’s main beverage brand, ‘Pepsi’, across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bhutan.

With over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, Rishi has been associated with global conglomerates including Samsung and GE Money.

Rishi holds an MBA degree from MDI, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech degree from NIT, Jalandhar.
