Mr Donavanik is responsible for identifying new market opportunities and leading business development for Dusit Hotels and Resorts worldwide. His role also spans Dusit International’s broader platform, including the expansion of the group’s hospitality education portfolio, investment initiatives in the food business, and the co-development of real estate projects.

A strong advocate for sustainable growth, he plays a key role in advancing Dusit’s group-wide sustainability initiatives while also leading business transformation efforts that promote innovation and progressive management across the organisation.

Beyond his work at Dusit, Mr Donavanik serves on the International Advisory Council of Singapore Management University. He is also a Director of Scratch First, the organisation behind Wonderfruit, a pioneering cultural festival he co-founded.
