As Chief Customer Experience Officer, David is responsible for driving Klook’s product innovation and user experience. He joined Klook in 2016 and previously served as the Chief Product Officer.
Under his leadership, the team has scaled and achieved multiple milestones, including the launch of Klook’s iOS App Clip and best-in-class merchant solutions, as well as localizing platforms into over 14 languages, supporting 40 currencies and various payment methods.
He also oversaw and evolved the app interface, expanding from experiences and services to other categories such as entertainment, mobility and staycations. David and his team have earned major accolades, including the Klook mobile app being downloaded over 70 million times since launch and awarded “Best of 2015” by both Apple App Store and Google Play.
Prior to Klook, David was instrumental in building up multiple e-commerce, messaging and social network products for Tencent and Yahoo!, with valuable experience in technology development and product management from both Greater China and the U.S.
