As the CEO of Almosafer (part of Seera Group), Muzzammil Ahussain is known for his exceptional strategic acumen and operational expertise in running large-scale organizations. Spearheading the growth of the most holistic travel platform in the region, Muzzammil has been instrumental in positioning Almosafer as Saudi Arabia’s leading travel company for outbound, leisure, and religious travel. He now leads the company’s overall portfolio of brands that serve B2C and B2B customers, partners, and suppliers with state-of-the-art travel solutions, a digital-first mindset, and travel advisory.

Muzzammil has been with Almosafer since 2016 and has since then been a driving force in the development of the Middle East’s premier consumer travel brand. Under his leadership and guidance, Almosafer’s consumer business has transformed into a fully-fledged omnichannel travel agency for the Middle East. Since the amalgamation of all of Seera’s travel businesses under the Almosafer umbrella, Muzzammil is also responsible for the continued success of Discover Saudi, Almosafer’s Destination Management Company, Hajj & Umrah Tour Operator Mawasim, as well as Corporate & Government Travel Management company Almosafer Business.

With a background as an internationally-recognized management consultant and operations executive, Muzzammil brings to the table a wealth of experience in scaling and optimizing performance, whilst enabling sustainable growth. His focus on innovation and customer experience has been key to Almosafer’s success.

Prior to his current role, Muzzammil served as a Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy, leading projects for a diverse range of international clients. His exceptional educational background includes an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, one of the world’s top business schools, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the prestigious University of California, Irvine.
